Do you remember, from your high school or college government courses, when they talked about the court having “neither the power of the sword nor the purse?” That means the High Courts of the United States cannot force the government to accept their ruling. They can heavily imply it, but they have no power to force government compliance. When the Supreme Court ruled against the government in Worcester v. Georgia, President Andrew Jackson is famous for having responded: “[Justice] John Marshall has made his decision, now let him enforce it.”

SAS and MI6 to set up camps inside Syria

According to a report published in Daily Star, British Special Forces would set up camps along Syria’s borders with Jordan, Turkey and Lebanon and that Special Air Service (SAS) troops and MI6 agents will help the rebels if civil war breaks out in the country.
They also have hi-tech satellite computers and radios that can instantly send back photos and details of events unfolding in Syria.
”There are guys in the communications unit who are signalers that can go right up front and get involved in close-quarter fighting,” Daily Star quoted a senior Whitehall source as saying.
The British troops would be part of an international force including French and Turkish soldiers and possibly Americans.

Gary Kamenski of CNBC comments on the strange spike of Facebook stock last week and blames it on James Gorman of Morgan Stanley for “Paining the Tape” which he claims is “perfectly legal”.
So the lead Facebook underwriter was giving an interview on CNBC telling everyone to watch the intraday trading and then Morgan Stanley jacks up the price of Facebook in the last few trading minutes and for some reason this commentator thinks it’s “perfectly legal”!

Spiegel: Israel equipping German-built subs with nuclear-tipped missiles
Israel is equipping submarines built in Germany with nuclear-tipped cruise missiles, according to Der Spiegel magazine.
The magazine also reported Sunday that the German government has known about Israel's nuclear weapons program for decades, despite its official denials.
